Heng Chuan has over 30 years of aviation experience principally engaged in established maintenance and repair organizations within Asia.  With this Heng Chuan brings a wealth of knowledge gained over this time of being involved and specializing on the Rolls-Royce M250 series engine and Turbomeca Arriel engines.
