• Specialist knowledge - We provide fast response and quality maintenance, repair and overhaul of the engines under our care for.  Our technicians have undergone rigorous, theoretical and practical training on all gas turbine engines that we support ensuring the highest standards of quality, service and safety are maintained.

• Engine OEM Correlated Diagnostic Technology – Our purpose built facility contains one of the most modern and technologically advanced engine test cells in the world.  Capable of supporting a range of engines, these test cells are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) correlated ensuring that the engine is operating within OEM parameters, reducing the risk and saving costs of unscheduled maintenance and repair.

• Parts and Service - APA stocks a large inventory of new OEM approved parts. In addition to minimise your down time,  we hold inventory of exchange items including;

Capabilities

We have the capabilities and support networks in place to perform overhaul, repair and testing of a complete range of fuel, oil, air and electrical accessories for all our engine product lines. Our facilities are environmentally controlled and contain OEM Correlated test stands - meeting stringent OEM requirements.

Our advanced and comprehensive parts rework facilities/capabilities include:

• Inspection & Measurement - As well as possessing one of only two air flow machines in Australia, Asia Pacific Aerospace has an extensive range of inspection and measurement equipment. This includes Magnetic Particle, Microscopic, Eddy Current and Fluorescent Penetrant inspection equipment as well as a Global Coordinate Measuring Machine.

• Machining - Asia Pacific Aerospace has an extensive machining capability. Cylindrical, vertical and electro chemical grinding machines, a general purpose lathe, drill presses and milling machines are utilised to support the maintenance, repair and overhaul of gas turbine engines. In addition Asia Pacific Aerospace has an extensive range of general purpose machines and tools.
